• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and maintain high-quality ATM applications based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Analyze, debug and resolve complex software issues related to ATM applications functionality, performance and security.
• Lead the development and implementation of new features, enhancements and integrations for ATM software platforms, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members and ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in ATM technology, and proactively recommend improvements and innovative solutions to enhance the ATM software offerings.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements , understand use cases, and provide technical guidance for ATM software projects.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior software engineers, fostering their growth and development.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 7-8 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on ATM application development.
• Strong experience working with ATM software platforms such as KAL K3A, Diebold Nixdorf Proflex or similar industry leading products.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Scripting (Bash/PowerShell), C/C++, Java or C#.
• In-depth knowledge of ATM protocols and standards like NDC/ DDC, including ISO 8583, XFS and EMV.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, and design patterns.
