As a Data Analytics professional in our Commercial Bank Solutions Team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

You will be part of our Commercial Bank Solutions India Team. This team functions as an internal business and metrics reporting and analytics group responsible for delivering highly quantitative and qualitative reports and analytics tools that support bankers, salespeople, and senior management agendas.

You will have the opportunity to work on high impact initiatives that help profitability and efficiency across the Commercial Banking organization. You will be responsible for executing the management team initiatives for Solutions team by supporting new dashboard design/development and ongoing improvements to existing dashboards/Reports, Data management initiatives, extending responsibility to offer report/Dashboard automation capabilities., * Collaborate with stakeholders, cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful project out comes

• Leverage multiple complex data sources and stake holder supplied information to generate decision support analytics.
• Build and support dashboards on data visualization tools like Tableau/Qlik to represent the analysis and information into a meaningful and visually engaging insights
• Finance analytics - work with large sets of data and stitch it together for business insights that guide sales actions and/or result in improved business outcomes
• Experience in predictive analytics in Credit risk ,Sales forecasting, client prospecting and market basket analysis.
• Stay knowledgeable about new processes, technology, and best practices in data analytics and data science.
• Support ad-hoc analyses, proposing data management solutions, and leading process improvement initiatives for Finance, Business Management Associates using data visualization tools

• Minimum 3 years of experience in demonstrating technical expertise working in end to end data and analytics implementations with Bachelor's/Master degree in Engineering/ Statistics/ Mathematics
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the Python/ R programming language and its features with demonstrated ability to build modern products
• Excellent statistical and mathematical knowledge with the ability to identify the patterns leveraging the advantages of the language to create a high-quality product
• Experience in designing APIs and integration patterns, implementing secure an sustainable products with a focus on quality and scalability
• Experience in data modeling and efficient usage of AWS, PostgreSQL, MySQL or equivalent
• Hands-on experience in data visualization and transformation tools like Qlik/ Tableau/Alteryx or similar applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
