Job description

A fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation, through Henley Morgan, as part of their internal IT team, supporting critical ERP systems used across manufacturing and operational teams. Ideal for someone with SAP support experience looking to grow in a hybrid working environment., * Provide 2nd (rising to 3rd) line support for SAP Business One and BEAS modules

Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate system issues
Support system upgrades and change management processes
Create and maintain SQL queries and Crystal Reports
Maintain documentation and knowledge base to ISO standards

Requirements

Minimum 2 years supporting ERP/CRM systems, ideally in manufacturing environments
Proficient in SQL and familiar with Crystal Reports
Strong understanding of production or warehouse operations
Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems
Exposure to service desk tools and ITIL practices is a plus
