Requirements

As a Senior PHP Full Stack Developer, you'll work with the TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine, Laravel, Livewire), plus Docker, Redis, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines. You'll have autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to make real architectural decisions that keep the platform fast, scalable, and production-ready.

What You'll Be Doing

Backend Leadership - Own service logic, scalable architecture, and integrations in Laravel (PHP 8+)

Queue Mastery - Improve reliability and error handling across background jobs & async processes

CI/CD & DevOps - Collaborate to strengthen pipelines, automated testing, and deployments

Containers & Environments - Manage Docker-based dev environments with multiple workers & services

Integrations - Work with APIs & services like Twilio, RingCentral, AWS

Frontend Collaboration - Contribute to UI components with Livewire, TailwindCSS, and Vite

Mentorship & Quality - Uphold coding standards, peer reviews, and guide best practices

Continuous Improvement - Tackle technical debt and contribute to long-term platform strategy
