Be-IT are seeking an experienced, customer focused IT Service Desk Analyst / Engineer based in the Birmingham area.
You should have \u2013
- Experience managing 1st and 2nd line incidents, requests and problems remotely / in person.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
- You should have experience across multiple technologies such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Networking, mail filtering and Anti viruses.
