Job description
This is an opportunity to join 24hr Aquaflow Services. A growing company, leading in the drainage and plumbing maintenance sector, within London and the South East of England.
Working as part of team, your responsibilities will include:
Answering calls from engineers, clients and colleagues.
Allocating works to engineers in accordance with job requirements.
Loading jobs onto our operating system and client portals, keeping systems organised and up to date.
Updating clients on job progress and completion.
Reporting daily activity to Management.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Administrative experience?, Do you have a GCSE?, Strong organisational skills
Computer literate - Email,Word, Excel - Essential
The ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
The ability to manage pressure, conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
Oral and written communication skills
A pleasant, confident telephone manner
Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
Teamwork, punctuality, reliability and honesty, * GCSE or equivalent (preferred), * Administrative: 2 years (required)
Benefits & conditions
Full Time Position 08:30 - 17:30, Monday - Friday
Starting Salary of £28,000 salary, negotiable based on experience
Potential for overtime and bonuses.
20 day annual leave, plus bank holidays
