Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultancy Manager

• Lead, mentor and grow a dynamic D365BC consultancy team (10-15 people)
• Remain hands-on with client delivery across full implementation lifecycle
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Leads, and Clients to ensure quality outcomes
• Contribute to team structure, training, and process improvement
• Engage in resource planning, client escalations, and performance reviews
