Job description

If so, this could be the job for you!The RoleThe job is being responsible for coordinating reactive maintenance requests, ensuring all works are accurately logged, scheduled, and completed on time.Communicating with Contract Managers, Engineers, suppliers, and clients to make sure that all activities run smoothly and in line with agreed standards.A typical day could look like:

  • Liaising with sub contractors, suppliers and internal team to ensure work is carried out to schedule, they have the right work man power
  • Logging, tracking, and monitoring PPM and repair requests
  • Coordinating operatives, contractors, and materials to meet KPI targets
  • Monitor jobs to ensure they meet completion within KPI timeframes
  • Scheduling site access and isolation plans
  • Raising purchase orders and arranging contractor start dates
  • Maintaining and updating systems and spreadsheets with accurate records
  • Assisting with reporting, billing, and commercial administration
  • Supporting client meetings and progress reviews
  • Monitor safety and quality standards
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures
  • Escalate urgent or complex issues to the Contract Manager

Requirements

  • Proven administrative and coordination background, ideally within maintenance, facilities or construction based environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, reactive setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working to KPIs and deadlines
  • PTS or SSSTS certification would be highly desirable, If you are a reliable and proactive coordinator who enjoys managing multiple tasks and keeping projects on track, we would be pleased to hear from you.
