Job description

Are you looking for an opportunity to join a small but growing team in Sherwood, Nottingham? We are a dynamic therapy and professional services business seeking an enthusiastic and organized Office Manager to work 20 hours a week. The culture of the organisation is critically important as we are a people business with our key mission being to make people's lives better through the work we do., Lead, manage and support the office team of 3 people Report progress upwards to the two company directors Must be LinkedIn savvy as we want you to be proactive in the recruitment of therapists and experts. Key nominated project work to help the business grow as defined by the directors- must be a starter/finisher and not fazed by learning new systems and processes. Control and allocate a marketing budget to drive business, recruitment and brand awareness. Basic HR Management: Handle annual appraisals, monitor annual leave, track sickness Team Engagement: Ensure our office-based team and associates continue to feel valued and appreciated.

Requirements

Interpersonal Skills, Data Manipulation, English, Social Media, Excel, Linkedin, People Management, Reporting, * Degree level education

  • Proven experience in office and people management or a related role.
  • Strong empathy with the core nature of the business
  • The ability to think creatively and quickly learn new skills - with the support of the directors and team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on getting the job done.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, social media (LinkedIn), plus office 365
  • Proficient in the use of Excel for data manipulation/analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be approachable and friendly.
