Job description

  • Supporting the Team: You'll be a key part of our office, helping with various administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Communication & Coordination: Answering calls, liaising with staff, service users and professionals, and making sure communication stays seamless across all areas.
  • Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take minutes, and track action points to ensure that our projects stay on track.
  • Office & Digital Management: From managing digital care systems to supporting recruitment, you'll have the opportunity to work on various exciting projects.
  • Payroll & Financial Assistance: Provide support for weekly payroll and assist with financial processes.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive issues with tact, professionalism, and confidentiality, maintaining the trust of our team and clients.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, Are you passionate about supporting a thriving team in a fast-paced, friendly, and rewarding environment? Our well-established social health company is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable individual to become an integral part of our office team., * Experience: You'll need at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role. While experience in the social health sector is a plus, it's not essential.

  • Strong Communicator: You'll need at least 1 year of reception experience, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage your time effectively and facilitate smooth communication across all areas.
  • Tech-Savvy: A solid working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems (like Access People Planner) will be key.
  • Detail-Oriented: We're looking for someone who thrives on accuracy and can handle a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with ease.
  • Flexible & Reliable: We need someone who's adaptable to changing workloads and deadlines, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Right to Work: This position requires the right to work in the UK, and candidates must be eligible to work full-time in this type of role.
