Job description

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Payroll).

Conduct client workshops, CRP sessions, and UAT.

Manage client expectations and build strong stakeholder relationships. Functional Expertise

Configure Oracle HCM modules to meet business requirements.

Create functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user manuals (e.g., RD011, DO.070).

Advise clients on best practices and organizational design. Technical Collaboration

Work closely with technical teams to design custom components and integrations.

Support data migration activities (HDL, spreadsheet loaders, web services).

Develop OTBI reports, dashboards, and customizations using Visual Builder, ADF, Oracle Integration Cloud. Support & Maintenance

Manage quarterly updates, patching, and upgrades.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Consultant - Oracle Cloud HCM with deep expertise in Payroll and Core HCM modules. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, strong knowledge of UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes, and the ability to drive client engagement and stakeholder management. Key Requirements

Experience: 12+ years in Oracle HCM (minimum 10 years relevant experience).

Specialization: Strong focus on Payroll, with solid knowledge of UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence Management.

Implementation Expertise: Hands-on experience in full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
