IT Systems Administrator

We're partnering with a dynamic, data driven organisation and global leader in sports trading, on the lookout for a proactive IT Systems Administrator to support and evolve their mission critical infrastructure. As part of a small, collaborative IT team, you'll take a hands-on role in ensuring system reliability, security and performance across a complex environment. This is a chance to work end-to-end across hardware, networking, servers and applications in a business where technology truly sits at the heart. What you'll do

• Maintain infrastructure, including on-site and off-site servers
• Monitor and support in-house software applications
• Administer Active Directory and Group Policy
• Manage storage systems (NAS, iSCSI)
• Oversee Microsoft Windows environments

• Strong system administration experience in a Microsoft Active Directory environment
• Experience with Juniper Networking
• Working knowledge of SQL, scripting (PowerShell), HTML and web technologies
• Exposure to Hyper-V virtualisation
• Solid hardware skills (e.g. building custom machines)
