Job DescriptionIT Systems Administrator 6 Month FTC | Hybrid, 2 days on-site | Stanmore, London | Up to £35k per annum Our client are currently looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join their team on a 6 month FTC basis. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, technically capable, and comfortable working across multiple systems and data sources. A significant portion of the work will involve data handling, system-based manual processes, and advanced Excel tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesTransfer and reconcile data between multiple systems accurately and efficientlyPerform manual administrative tasks within business systems as requiredMaintain data integrity through validation, cleansing, and structured updatesUse Excel extensively for data manipulation, reporting, and analysisSupport system-related operational processes and troubleshoot data discrepanciesWork with internal teams to ensure information is up to date and aligned across platformsAssist in documenting
Requirements
processes and improving administrative workflowsProvide general system administration support across a range of technologiesRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience in a System Administrator or similar technical/operations support roleStrong experience working with multiple systems and technologiesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), pivot tables, and data analysisExperience handling large volumes of data with high levels of accuracyComfortable performing manual system processes with attention to detailStrong organisational and time-management skillsAbility to quickly learn new systems and processesFlexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
