Job description
We're working with a global enterprise undergoing a large-scale digital transformation across sourcing, procurement, and finance operations. As part of this journey, we're seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst / Coupa Platform Specialist to own the technical design, delivery, and integration of the Coupa ecosystem. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone with deep Coupa expertise and strong integration and data migration experience within complex, global environments. The Role
- Take technical ownership of the Coupa platform and drive scalable, compliant solutions.
- Lead system integration across ERP, middleware, and third-party tools, ensuring robust data flows.
- Oversee large-volume data migration activities, including design, testing, and go-live support.
- Manage end-to-end delivery across planning, execution, and post-deployment optimisation.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders, integration teams, and vendors.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through automation, DevOps practices, and platform enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with governance, change management, and audit requirements.
Requirements
You're a confident technical leader who enjoys translating complex platform and integration requirements into tangible outcomes. You're proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable working across multiple teams and geographies., * Coupa Certified, with extensive experience in Coupa technical delivery and platform integration.
- Proven experience leading data migration and middleware integration (MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Kafka, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SQL scripting).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile / DevOps delivery and tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Confident managing external vendors and internal technical teams., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
