Job description

  • Design end-to-end architectural solutions for Quality Management, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards
  • Evaluate and select QMS platforms and tools (e.g. ETQ, TrackWise, MasterControl, Veeva Quality, etc.) suitable for enterprise use
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical design
  • Define integration strategies with existing ERP, PLM, Document Management, and Regulatory systems
  • Create architectural artefacts including solution designs, data flow diagrams, and integration models
  • Ensure alignment with GxP, ISO standards, and other relevant regulatory/compliance frameworks
  • Provide governance and architectural oversight during implementation phases
  • Work closely with development, infrastructure, and compliance teams to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Contract Solutions Architect with a strong background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) to support the design and implementation of scalable, integrated quality solutions within a complex, enterprise environment.

You will play a key role in shaping and delivering technology architecture that supports regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and digital transformation across the quality landscape., * Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead, ideally within regulated or manufacturing environments

  • Strong domain knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including platforms such as MasterControl, Veeva, TrackWise, or similar
  • Experience in system integration design across enterprise platforms (ERP, MES, PLM, LIMS, etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between business and IT
  • Understanding of compliance and validation requirements within life sciences, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries
  • Ability to create clear, well-structured architectural documentation and presentations
  • TOGAF or other architecture certification preferred but not essential
