Game Programmer

• Implement and polish responsive gameplay features.
• Collaborate closely with artists, designers and producers.
• Ensure performance and scalability.
• Automate pipelines to raise quality and shorten delivery time.
• Build and maintain internal tools and templates.
• Test thoroughly, and deploy at scale with minimal bugs.
• Support scalable, reusable systems for rapid prototyping.

As a Gameplay Programmer you will script games in Luau using Roblox Studio. You will design and implement gameplay systems, build user interfaces, and automate production with pipelines and developer tools. You should have a solid foundation in game programming and be comfortable learning Luau.

Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity is preferred. Prior Roblox experience is a strong plus., * 2+ years in game or software development.

• Full-stack game experience: frontend UI and backend systems.
• Comfortable with vector math, physics, and CS fundamentals.
• Quick learner and Comfortable with short production cycles.
• Git knowledge.

Nice to have

• Showcasable project on Unity, Roblox, Unreal… or live-service feature
• Roblox Studio / Lua experience and knowledge of the Roblox community.
