First-Line Support - Answering enquiries via phone and email, logging tickets, and providing basic troubleshooting.

Hardware - Preparing and issuing equipment to new starters, arranging kit returns, and organising transport between offices.- IT Admin - Maintaining asset lists, purchasing hardware/software, and helping the department run smoothly.

Documentation - Following procedures, keeping records accurate, and supporting users with clear guidance.
