Job description

The company are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team in Southampton. This is an office-based position, supporting live RC Frame and Groundworks projects across the South of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring drawings, correspondence and technical information are accurately controlled, distributed and recorded.

You'll work closely with the project and site teams to provide efficient document management support, maintaining version control, updating registers and assisting with QA procedures. This role offers the opportunity to become part of a well-respected contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a focus on quality and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Document Controller within construction (ideally RC Frame or Groundworks)

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Confident using document management systems and Microsoft Office

  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Reliable, proactive and team-focused

Benefits & conditions

Salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
