Job description
- Develop Environmental Control Systems design using Matlab/Simulink®
- Develop and extend system models using existing requirements, interface documentation, and related design and systems engineering documents
- Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions
- Responsible for Requirements analysis, Requirements decomposition
- Develop Test cases and procedures for Systems integration
- The individual shall be responsible for Systems validation & verification in Aircraft Environmental Control Systems (Air supply, Nitrogen Generation etc)
- He/She shall be responsible in developing Doors DXL script
- Responsible for System qualification planning and coordination with HW/SW teams
Requirements
- Should possess a Masters/Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Mechatronics/Electronics/ Electrical/ Computer Science engineering discipline with 8-12 years of experience.
- Experience in Aircraft Environmental Control Systems (Air supply, Cabin pressure control system Nitrogen Generation etc)
- Experience in any of programming language C, C++, Python scripting
- Strong demonstrated skills in MATLAB and Simulink®
- Experience and good knowledge in Software integration testing, Hardware Software Integration Testing and System Testing for Avionics Embedded Systems
- Experience in technical coordination with the project team involving electrical, mechanical and software engineers
- Experience in preparation of presentations, analyses and reports for customer and safety review, Preliminary design review (PDR) and Critical design review (CDR)
- Experienced in Varies test equipment's and setup
- Review requirement specifications, test procedures, change proposals, deficiency reports, exceptions and/or deviation/waiver requests for potential flight/ground for safety of flight impacts.
- Participated in incident/flight test investigations and root cause/corrective action analyses as requested
- Experienced in Verification and Validation of software in compliance with DO178B (Level A/B/C/D) standard, ARP-4754
- knowledge in A429, MILST 1553, CAN Protocols
- Knowledge of the systems development life-cycle
- Knowledge of Requirement Base Engineering(RBE)
- Knowledge of Requirement/configuration management tools like DOORS / Clear case.
- System thinking and ability to view a problem from a system's perspective.
- Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks
- Shall be a self-learner, team player and go-getter
- Strong English communications skills (Oral & Written)
