Job description
You will be customer facing to educate and onboard the technical side of the client process (not doing sales!), whilst supporting the service desk with 1st/2nd line tickets.
Requirements
- Networking experience - Routers, Switches and Connectivity.
- Previous MSP experience is ideal. If not, you'd be comfortable on a busy service desk to quickly resolve tickets.
- Proficient experience within Windows and Mac environments.
- O365, SharePoint, Exchange and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Directory) experience.
- Good understand of documentation.
- Hardware knowledge and troubleshooting.
- Ninja RMM and Connectwise.
- Telephony.
