Requirements
- Virtualization package experience is ideal (V2 Cloud, Hyper-V, VMWare, Oracle VM Virtual Box, Citrix Workspace).
- Proficient experience within Windows and Mac environments.
- O365, SharePoint, Exchange and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Directory) experience.
- Good understanding of documentation and processes to implement.
- Microsoft and SQL server experience.
- Hardware knowledge and troubleshooting.
- Ninja RMM and Connectwise.
- Telephony.
About the company
middle is partnered exclusively with a fast-growing MSP (IT Consultancy) based in Hook to find a contract 2nd Line Engineer.
You will be customer-facing to educate and onboard the technical side of the client process, but helping the founders and team to set up MSP SOPs, documentation and processes! All whilst offering 2nd/3rd line support for the managed services clients already onboard.
