Job description

We are looking for a UX/UI Design Intern to help bring our gamified experiences to life. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with our product and customer teams to design engaging interfaces and customer journeys using the Odicci platform.

What You'll Do:

  • Design user-friendly layouts for mobile and desktop experiences
  • Collaborate with our product and customer success teams to turn ideas into interactive campaigns
  • Use Figma or similar tools (Sketch, Miro, etc.) to create wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Bring a user-centric mindset to solving real engagement and conversion challenges

Requirements

A student or recent graduate in UX/UI, Digital Product Design, HCI, or a related field

  • Confident using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Resourceful in learning new tools and frameworks (HotJar, chameleon.io, UX interview frameworks, etc.)
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Enthusiastic about gamification, user engagement, and digital innovation
  • Bonus if you have experience with interactive design or motion

Note: We are a small team and currently do not have an in-house design department, so this internship would suit someone looking to step up, own projects, and learn by doing in a supportive but non-mentored environment.

About the company

Odicci is a leading gamification platform that helps retail brands like JD Sports, Michael Kors, and ASDA engage their customers through interactive and data-driven experiences. From scratch cards to product finders and loyalty games, we bring playfulness and performance together.
