Job description

Tektora is working with a leading technology organisation to find a skilled Network Engineer to support and maintain critical infrastructure across a secure environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong hands-on experience in Cisco and Fortinet technologies, looking to develop their career within a high-assurance setting., * Deploy, support and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments
  • Collaborate with wider technical teams on network improvement and security hardening initiatives
  • Ensure documentation and network diagrams are up to date
  • Maintain compliance with industry and security standards in a sensitive environment

Requirements

  • Active SC Clearance (or eligible for SC)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies (CCNA/CCNP-level knowledge desirable)
  • Solid experience with Fortinet firewalls and security appliances
  • Proven experience managing and supporting WiFi networks
  • Comfortable working in secure, high-availability environments

Desirable Skills

  • Exposure to or experience with Cisco Campus networking environments
  • Experience working within the Defence or Public Sector
  • Knowledge of network monitoring tools and best practices
