GMS_Senior Manager_Data & Analytics

• Design, develop and deploy analytic solutions using relevant techniques to solve real time business problems.
• Summarize key data driven insights to members of the senior leadership team to drive better outcomes
• Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve the operational and quality metrics.
• Demonstrate excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
• Act as an ambassador for data-driven decision-making within the company, ensuring that right data structures are created, insights are shared and acted upon across departments.
• End-to-end problem-solving and communication abilities: diagnosis, data cleaning, integration and transformation, analysis, visualization, and presentation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver insights based on the data analysed
• Help inject ML/AI capabilities into managed service solutions
• Recognize the ML/AI data sources as well as use cases at solution and client level
• Guide stakeholders on business decision based on data analysis.
• Should be able to find relationships and query data, ingest into various other sources for pre-processing and establishing relationships with data ingested.
• Make recommendations about the methods and ways in which our engagement teams use and analyse data to improve quality and the usefulness of data systems
• Defining data requirements to support business issues / queries
• Defining new data collection, management and analysis processes
• Collecting and interpreting data
• Analysing results
• Identifying patterns and trends in datasets
• Visualising the data to convey complex data sets into meaningful management information
• Be the "go to" person for Product managers, developers for analyzing data.
• Manage and coach team of analytics professionals, data architects, data engineers

The role requires an energetic individual with a demonstrated ability to make key contributions in data analytics & insights and reporting process. To accomplish our goals, the role will be expected to develop strategic partnerships across the business and technology organization. The candidate should be comfortable with database management and data engineering tasks while emphasizing data quality and governance procedures. The role will be focused on optimizing the data supply chain from enterprise applications to a data warehouse/ data lake. The role will require the individual to use relevant programming languages to help automate manual tasks and simplify workflows to drive efficiency., * Experience in analysing various sources and formats of data

• Implementation experience on machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, GenAI-foundation models)
• Ability to deduce insights and present it to various stake holders: primarily Business and IT
• A deep understanding of domain and its market, business process should be able to relate to the data sourced.
• Understanding business problems and articulating the data insights to the problems and / or future direction.
• Conversant with different data formats: JSON, XML, Databases, NoSQL, ML modeming on R, Python etc.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree (Preferably Engineering in Computer Science/information science)
• More than 8 years' experience working as a data analyst in a corporate function
• Knowledge and/or certifications demonstrating capability working with data models, ML/AI models and reporting packages
• Advanced working knowledge of SQL (any DBMS flavour however MS SQL / azure preferred), Python
• Demonstrable experience in using Excel or equivalent ability to analyse large datasets
• Ability to design and develop comprehensive reports (preferably using PowerBI)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
• Travel may be required

• Highly credible communicator with excellent organisation and project management skills
• Experience in interacting with senior client personnel including C-level
• Demonstrable experience of success within a range of complex project environments and sectors
• Proven ability to integrate well into a team and build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Proven analytical and skeptical mindset with an ability to develop solutions to technical problems
• Take on leadership role in driving the development of data and analytics as a practice for driving client value
• Strong networking and influencing skills
• Experience of working in an Agile Scrum environment
• Be proficient in assessing options (e.g. risk, performance and cost-benefit) and informing decision-makers with persuasive visualizations based upon assessment outputs
• Can coordinate / collaborate with teams & stakeholders in multiple geographies
• Manage Matrix teams with participants in multiple geographies
• This role requires flexibility in working with various Client and EY stakeholders across the world and in different time zones
