As a Founding AI Engineer, you'll help shape their AI-powered Web3 development workflows. Working closely with the founding team, you'll drive cutting-edge AI infrastructure and push the boundaries of AI-driven blockchain development., * Define the AI strategy and technical direction.

• Develop AI-driven solutions for Web3 protocol development.
• Build workflows that streamline blockchain app deployment.
• Enhance security for deployed protocols.
• Research agent-based AI systems for Web3 applications.
• Document engineering efforts and contribute to their AI culture.

5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Multi-Agent Systems.

Proficiency in Python, C++, TypeScript, or Java.

Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and agent-based AI.

Strong understanding of ML pipelines, data engineering, and model deployment.

Proven ability to build scalable AI systems in production.

Bonus: Experience in blockchain and Web3 applications.
