Founding AI Developer

• Design and deliver AI-driven features such as intelligent inventory optimisation, autonomous procurement, and predictive maintenance.
• Build and integrate LLM-driven components, ML pipelines, and OCR tools into a .NET/React SaaS stack on Azure.
• Set technical standards for AI development and MLOps.
• Work closely with developers and the Founder/CEO to define the technical roadmap.
• Contribute to a major pilot project launching in mid-2026, with potential to grow into a CTO-level position in the future as the company scales.

• 4+ years' experience in AI/ML or software engineering with production responsibility.
• Strong skills in Python, vector databases, LangChain or Semantic Kernel, and Azure AI/MLOps.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial technology preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a small, fast-paced environment.
• Able to work from the Slough office at least two days per week.

• £75,000-£90,000 base salary
• 10-20% discretionary bonus linked to pilot delivery
