Finance Transformation Manager - Workday

A Finance Transformation Manager is required by Whitehall Resources for our consulting client. This is a permanent role and will offer a flexible working approach between home and client site. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients through the deployment of Workday Financials. This role is a blend of stakeholder and project management, solution and process design, and change management, with a focus on supporting Finance teams and the wider business through their transformation journey. Please note, due to the nature of this role, candidates need to be eligible for SC Clearance.

Background working in digital Finance Transformations? Experience in transformation projects involving Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), or Order to Cash (O2C)? Experience working with Workday Financials or other ERPs such as Oracle or SAP? Experience working for governmental or large enterprise organisations (desirable)? The ability to partner with Finance stakeholders to analyse, design, and implement Finance processes? Excellent customer-facing skills? Would you like?
