Workday Finance Systems Manager

Key Responsibilities:Oversee, maintain, and continuously improve the Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning systems, ensuring they remain well-documented and tightly controlledLead, support, and develop a small team of finance systems specialists, fostering growth and professional developmentDeliver technical guidance for core financial processes, helping to drive efficiency and operational improvementsCultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across global finance teams and the wider businessMonitor new Workday releases and recommend system enhancements that benefit finance and the broader organisationCoordinate pilot testing for new features and updates, gathering feedback from finance users to guide improvementsDesign and roll out training initiatives that enable users to fully utilise Workday and Adaptive Planning functionalityManage external partners who provide Workday maintenance and support services

What You'll Bring:Workday Financials Certification, demonstrating in-depth platform knowledgeA recognised accounting qualification and a solid grasp of financial processes and controlsExperience leading teams in a global, multicultural environmentExceptional stakeholder management and the ability to build strong collaborative relationshipsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlesslyA mindset focused on continuous improvement and process optimisationExperience within a US-listed organisation and familiarity with SOX controls (highly beneficial)
