Job description
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging content across multiple channels (websites, social media, marketing materials).
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create seamless omnichannel experiences.
- Conduct user research and A/B testing to understand user needs and optimize content performance.
- Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Designer, ideally within a public sector setting.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for capturing attention and telling compelling stories.
- Understanding of marketing principles and SEO best practices.
- Experience with user research and testing methodologies.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Passion for creating content that resonates with audiences.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with design tools like Figma or Canva.
- Knowledge of specific industry trends and target audiences.
- Proven track record of driving content engagement and conversions.
