Job description
- Solution Design & Architecture:

Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Oracle HCM solutions (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, etc.).

Ensure solutions meet business requirements and are scalable, sustainable, and optimized for performance.

Develop and maintain the architecture blueprint for HCM systems, integrating with other enterprise applications and systems as needed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
-
Engage with key business stakeholders, including HR, IT, and leadership teams, to gather requirements, provide guidance, and recommend best practices.

Act as a trusted advisor for HR technology strategy and roadmaps.
- Implementation & Project Management:
-
Lead or support the implementation of Oracle HCM modules, including system configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, timelines, and adherence to budgets.

Provide technical leadership during Oracle HCM upgrade projects and new module implementations.
- Technical Expertise:

Oversee integration strategies with other systems, including Payroll, Time and Attendance, Benefits, and Finance.

Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are adhered to within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.

Lead technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization efforts.
- Continuous Improvement & Support:

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle HCM systems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring system performance and availability.

Stay updated on new Oracle HCM releases and features, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and future upgrades.
- Documentation & Training:

Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including design, configuration, and user guides.

Provide training and knowledge transfer to HR and IT teams on Oracle HCM functionalities and processes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Solution architecture?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience:
-
7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant role.

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (HRMS) is required.
- Technical Skills:
-
Deep understanding of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Absence Management, Learning, etc.).

Strong knowledge of integration techniques and technologies (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas).

Experience with data migration, reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher), and system configuration.
- Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other HR technology platforms.
- Knowledge of HR business processes and practices.
