Job description
We're looking for an IT Support Technician to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop their IT career in a supportive environment, with a clear path toward more advanced technical roles, including 2nd and 3rd line support.
You'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing IT support over the phone, email, and in-person. You'll troubleshoot a range of issues, learn valuable technical and customer service skills, and grow into more complex IT responsibilities over time., * Answering support calls and responding to emails from clients.
- Logging, managing, and resolving tickets in our helpdesk system.
- Providing Microsoft 365 administration and support with confidence.
- Troubleshooting issues with laptops, desktops, and Microsoft 365 apps.
- Escalating complex issues to more senior team members when necessary.
- Opportunities to progress into hardware installations, on-site support, and advanced IT tasks.
- Support and training from senior team members to develop your technical skills and career progression.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * This is a full-time, office-based role (not remote/hybrid).
- Applicants must have at least 1 year of IT support experience (helpdesk, service desk, or on-site).
- Driving license and access to a car preferred, but not essential., * At least 1 year of proven experience in an IT support role (helpdesk, service desk, or on-site).
- Confident with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with Windows operating systems and basic troubleshooting.
- Driving licence and access to your own car preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
