TechXperts Recruitment have partnered with a Yorkshire-based business who are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to join their small IT team. You'll be the first point of contact for all IT queries, solving issues where you can and escalating when needed.
The company has sites across Yorkshire and while around 90% of the work is done remotely from their Malton office, you'll occasionally visit one of their sites (pool car provided). This role is office-based, five days a week in Malton, so you'll be working closely with the rest of the IT team (there are four of them in total).
No two days will be the same here. You'll get hands-on experience with everything from password resets to setting up new IT equipment and VoIP systems, while gradually building your skills towards 2nd and even 3rd line support. It's a great environment for someone who wants to learn, grow, and be part of a genuinely supportive team.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in VoIP?, Do you have experience in 1st Line IT Support and want to take the next step in your career?
