Job description
As an IT Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for technical support queries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our clients and internal systems. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide remote and on-site support, and contribute to ongoing IT projects., · Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to end users · Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues · Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems · Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions · Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and deployments · Ensure security and data protection protocols are followed
