In this role, you will provide high-quality engineering services through telephone, email, online tickets, and in-person support for both on-site and remote day-to-day tasks. You will also handle system integration work in collaboration with colleagues and/or third-party engineers. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams., System Engineer Main Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for clients both on-site and off-site Perform accurate and timely diagnosis and rectification of system faults, ensuring prompt case resolution and maximum customer satisfaction Handle system integration, office relocation services, system installations, configurations, migrations, and removals for clients and internal systems Manage small system integration and office relocation projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project deliverables Collaborate with partners and provide outstanding customer service
Requirements
3+ years of technical support experience in the IT industry Administration experience with Windows services (AD, GPO, Printer, Shared Folders) Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows 10, iOS, and Android Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) Familiarity with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 Excellent communication skills with clients, end-users, vendors, and third parties Proficient in English, both spoken and written, ** All applicants for the System Engineer must have the right to work in the country without any restrictions as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
