Job description
We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Consultant who will be responsible for the design, implementation and integration of solutions or setting up and optimizing IT processes based on ITIL standards. - design, implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions for international projects in areas such as FSM, CSM, OMT- communication, consultation and client support within end to end solutions- setup and optimization of IT processes based on ITIL standards- creation of technical documentation and support of internal projects and team.
Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, Skills required:- experience with ServiceNow development or IT consulting experience on a similar platform- education in the field of IT or considerable length of professional experience- JavaScript- communication and presentation skills- analytical thinking
Additional Experience would be ideal:
Experience with FSM, OMT, CSM solutions- previous experience with integrations
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator - required
ServiceNow Certified Implementations Specialist FSM - preferred.
