Job description
The role focuses on creating and maintaining custom connectors and integration logic using ServiceNow APIs and scripting., * Develop and implement custom connectors between ServiceNow and external systems (SuccessFactors, LeanIX, Arix).
- Integrate data and workflows into the ServiceNow AI Search experience.
- Use IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and custom scripts to create reliable integrations.
- Document data mappings, workflows, and technical designs.
- Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance.
- Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on integrations.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and JavaScript scripting in ServiceNow.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors, LeanIX, or Arix (ideally all three).
- Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, API keys).
- Familiarity with AI Search or Now Assist is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
