Requirements
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Proven experience of building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
- The ability to Manage risks, issues and dependencies with effective escalation where necessary.
- Proactivity in taking the initiative & taking ownership of work.
- Proven experience applying DDAT (Digital, Data and Technology) technical skills in Delivery Management and Stakeholder Management to drive successful outcomes.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and maintaining small-scale systems and tools using VBA, with a solid working knowledge of its practical applications.
You and your role
In this role, you'll be hands-on with Office365 and VBA-based tools, making sure they're stable, reliable and fit for purpose. You'll spend your time supporting and improving these tools, helping teams understand how to move away from VBA and guiding them towards low code solutions like Power Apps.
You'll work closely with Universal Credit and Working Age teams, helping them bring tool functionality into their digital builds. You'll be advising on what's possible, what's practical and how best to make the shift. You'll also be managing project health, tracking progress and keeping senior stakeholders in the loop with clear updates and reporting.
It's a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with different teams, and making sure things work well behind the scenes.

Pay: We offer competitive pay of up to £58,347.
