Job description

We're seeking a Senior People Data Analyst to support the successful implementation of our new HRIS system. This role combines data expertise and people analytics to ensure smooth data migration, system configuration, reporting setup, and post-launch optimization. You'll play a critical role in aligning HR data practices with business needs during and after the transition., * Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to support end-to-end HRIS implementation.

  • Lead data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and validation for migration to the new system.
  • Design and build reports and dashboards in the new HRIS platform (or via BI tools).
  • Ensure continuity and accuracy of key people metrics during the transition.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data issues pre- and post-go-live.
  • Support change management efforts by training stakeholders on new reporting capabilities.
  • Document data definitions, reporting logic, and system workflows.

Requirements

System Implementations, Sql, Reporting, Management Skills, Power Bi, Tableau, Excel, Data Quality, * 4-7+ years in people analytics or HR data roles, including involvement in system implementations or migrations.

  • Strong data skills: Excel, SQL, and reporting/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Excellent attention to detail and data quality.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
