Job description
As an IT Assistant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:
- Provide hotel guests and colleagues with 1st line support.
- Assembling and configuring networks and services.
- Establishing network users, directors and security.
- Performing network troubleshooting.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware and software.
As a IT Assistant, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
