Job description
- Provide 1st/2nd Line incident handling via telephone and/or desktop visit
- Use of ServiceDesk system to log requests and adhere to existing SLA
- Ownership of Onboarding life cycle (Technical)
- Client system configurations and hardware including networking
- System backup operations
- Patch management
- Endpoint Health state monitoring
- Effective document writing. Creating/ updating technical documents and procedures
- Third party vendor management, Other duties which may be reasonably required from time to time by company managers, including delegated duties during the absence of colleagues.

You need to be personable, a team player, Proactive problem solver, who thrives in a fast paced, global environment. You consistently deliver high quality support (1st/2nd line), take ownership of issues through to resolution and escalate appropriately. Comfortable providing consistently high level of support (1st/2nd level) within this fast-paced and growing environment.
You will take ownership of issues to resolution, escalate as needed. Have strong technical troubleshooting skills, with a desire to keep learning while developing your technical and softer support skills.
You have excellent prioritisation skills and can demonstrate this ability in handling multiple technical cases simultaneously. You are comfortable collaborating across departments and geographies, and you understand the importance of security, documentation, and user experience and plus a natural ability to want to go above and beyond to help when needed.
