Job description
As an E-Commerce IT Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our technology environment - from employee devices to cloud platforms.
You'll provide day-to-day support to internal teams, assist with system administration, and help evolve our infrastructure as the brand scales internationally., * Provide IT support to internal teams across the UK, USA, Europe, and Asia.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 devices, peripherals, and software.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
- Support cloud infrastructure, including virtual desktops (VDIs), servers, and remote access environments.
- Maintain and manage telephony and VoIP systems across teams.
- Use internal helpdesk/ticketing systems to track, prioritise, and resolve support requests.
- Assist with IT onboarding, permissions, and device provisioning.
- (Nice to have) Work with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms to help integrate systems or troubleshoot operational issues.
- Create and maintain internal IT documentation and process guides.
Requirements
Do you have experience in IT support?, Essential:
- Experience working in an IT support or related technical role.
- Confident troubleshooting Windows devices and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Good understanding of IT fundamentals, networking, and user management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eager to learn and adaptable to new technologies.
Desirable (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Exposure to cloud and virtualised environments (VDIs, VMware, Azure, or AWS).
- Familiarity with helpdesk systems (e.g. Freshdesk, ManageEngine, Zendesk).
- Knowledge of networking basics (VPNs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)., This role is ideal for someone with solid IT support experience who's ready to step into a broader, brand-side environment.
