Join our dynamic IT & Tech department at Customs Support Group as an IT Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our team members.

  • Conduct training sessions for basic computer technical issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of organizational data through IT policy enforcement.
  • Assist in setup and maintenance of computer systems, including hardware and software installations., * Respond to and prioritize help desk tickets with excellent customer service.
  • Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including updates, backups, and optimizations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies for proactive recommendations.
  • Document IT procedures and solutions for knowledge sharing and training.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Qualifications: A good level of numeracy and literacy. Relevant industry qualifications desirable.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience.
  • Knowledge: Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 administration. Knowledge of cloud environments desirable.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented abilities. Customer-focused mindset and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Attitude: Alignment with Customs Support vision, mission, and values: Accountability, Quality, Integrity, and Teamwork.
