Part time - Maintenance Administrator

Role Definition: As Maintenance Admin you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operation and maintenance of our site. From scheduling appointments to liaising with internal teams and subcontractors, you'll ensure that our systems run smoothly, and our customers are delighted with our service. Maintenance Admin:

• Schedule engineer appointments for both commercial and domestic projects.
• Update customers with attendance dates via phone and email.
• Keep our CRM system (Salesforce) updated with bookings and attendance records.
• Ensure Method Statements and Risk Assessments (RAMs) are prepared and communicated.
• Adhere to and enforce company health and safety policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment updates.
• Ensure engineers complete all paperwork promptly and update the CRM accordingly.
• Notify Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) of any equipment changes.
• Work closely with procurement, sales, and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide feedback and escalate any issues to enhance service efficiency.
• Keep clients informed about maintenance schedules and service updates.
• Escalate unresolved issues to ensure timely resolutions.Coordinate with manufacturers on equipment warranties and support ticket
