Job description

We are seeking a Channel Systems Engineer in UK to drive technical enablement and support for our local channel partners. This role will focus on ensuring our partners can effectively position, design, and deliver VAST solutions to customers. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with relationship-building skills to accelerate partner-led business, * Provide technical leadership and enablement to VAST's channel partners in UK

  • Deliver partner training, workshops, and certifications to ensure technical readiness.
  • Support partner SEs and sales teams in customer-facing activities, including demos, solution design, and proofs of concept.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them build repeatable practices around VAST solutions.
  • Collaborate with VAST sales and alliances teams to align partner technical support with regional business goals.
  • Participate in partner events, webinars, and joint customer briefings as a technical advocate for VAST.
  • Capture partner and customer feedback to influence product roadmap and local enablement strategies.
  • Serve as the technical point of escalation for partners in United Kingdom

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Pre-Sales roles.
  • Experience working with channel partners, VARs, or distributors in the enterprise IT market.
  • Strong knowledge of storage, data infrastructure, networking, or cloud architectures.
  • Excellent presentation, training, and communication skills
  • Fluency In English (other EU languages a plus)
  • Proven ability to build strong technical relationships with partners and customers.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel to support partners and joint opportunities.
