Job description

As our Solutions Developer , you'll be part of the in-house technology team powering one of the UK's leading drinks manufacturers. Based at our Warrington site, you'll help design, build, and maintain the digital systems that keep our award-winning brands flowing.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll develop and modernise enterprise web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and Blazor . You'll work on a mix of greenfield projects and system enhancements, shaping smart, scalable solutions that drive efficiency, streamline data, and strengthen integration across our business operations.

Your impact will include:

Full-Stack Development - Design and build robust, scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and Blazor (Server/WebAssembly).

Greenfield Innovation - Lead and contribute to new projects, designing systems from concept through to deployment.

Systems Integration - Develop and maintain integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other enterprise systems.

Architecture & Design - Create modular, maintainable components and service layers with performance and scalability in mind.

Collaboration - Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to align technology with real-world operational needs.

DevOps & CI/CD - Build and manage pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring smooth, automated deployments.

Performance Optimisation - Troubleshoot and tune applications for speed, stability, and reliability.

Modernisation & Migration - Help evolve legacy systems into modern Blazor applications.

Security & Compliance - Manage and secure web applications, following best practices for configuration and protection.

Innovation & AI - Contribute to automation and AI initiatives that enhance business insight and efficiency.

Requirements

You're a skilled developer who combines technical expertise with curiosity and creativity. You write clean, well-structured code, think in systems, and love bringing ideas to life through technology. You're comfortable working independently but thrive on collaboration and solving real-world challenges with innovative, elegant solutions.

You will bring:

At least three years of experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, and web application development.

Strong experience with Blazor (Server or WebAssembly) and Razor UI.

Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, REST APIs, and modern architecture principles.

Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and performance tuning.

Familiarity with IIS and web security best practices.

Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent version control tools.

(Desirable) Experience integrating with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Salesforce, or ERP/MES systems.

Familiarity with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and authentication standards (OAuth, JWT).
