Job description
The Vacancy: We have a vacancy at our state of the art, air-conditioned Office in Nursling for a Security Systems Administrator working within our Electronic Security team.
The role involves:
- Information processing and input with Management Software, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Generation of management statistics including false alarm management, Policed call outs and Engineer time sheets
- Answering and screening telephone calls, booking appointments, dispatching Engineers and dealing with customer enquiries
- Planning the daily and weekly tasks for the Engineering Team
- Raising of Purchase Orders and checking of supplier invoices
- Submission of proposals and quotations to customers from Surveyors and Engineers
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails via Microsoft Outlook
- Maintaining databases
The hours will be:
- Monday to Friday, 0815hrs to 1615hrs with a 30 minute lunchbreak
- Total of 37.5 hours per week
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, * Have experience in the Electronic Security industry
- Be an excellent communicator at all levels with a very good telephone manner
- Have experience of Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Be keen to learn and develop their skills
- Be a team player, * Security Systems Admin (Alarms, Cameras, Access Control): 1 year (preferred)
