Job description

You will own the end-to-end training strategy, content creation, and enablement initiatives across critical systems like Oracle Fusion, LIMS, and CRM. A key success factor will be your deep expertise in leveraging Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) to deliver contextual, measurable, and effective in-app training experiences., * Enablement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive, role-based training roadmap for the Oracle Fusion application deployment and ongoing usage.

  • Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Ownership: Become the subject matter expert for OGL. Own the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of OGL to create engaging, in-app guidance flows, monitoring analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Blended Content Creation: Design and deliver diverse learning formats, including workshops, webinars, video content, job aids, and detailed process documentation (playbooks).
  • System Scope: Deliver cohesive enablement strategies across diverse enterprise systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and CRM platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, HR, Business Process Owners, and external implementation partners to translate complex system design into clear, effective training.
  • Impact Measurement: Define and track KPIs (e.g., user adoption rates, task success rates) using OGL dashboards and analytics to measure training effectiveness and refine programs iteratively.

Requirements

If you are passionate about process clarity, adult learning principles, and making technology immediately useful for end-users, this role is for you!, * 5+ years of dedicated experience in training, enablement, or learning design roles within an enterprise technology environment.

  • Proven hands-on experience delivering and designing training for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.).
  • Expert-level experience designing, creating, and maintaining in-app guidance content within Oracle Guided Learning (OGL).
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, blended learning design, and change enablement frameworks, ideally within large-scale ERP rollouts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently deliver training to diverse audiences, from end-users to executives.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with other cloud-based transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Oracle Learning, Moodle, Workday Learning).
  • Knowledge of Oracle security roles or reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI).
