Implementation Consultant

We're looking for an Implementation Consultant to ensure clients successfully adopt and integrate Permutable AI's intelligence solutions into their workflows. You'll work closely with new clients - particularly those trialling our products - to design and deliver seamless implementations that unlock measurable value and set the stage for long-term success. As the go-to expert on deployment, you'll guide clients through onboarding, configuration, and integration, translating their objectives into a practical setup that maximises impact. You'll also act as a bridge between clients and our product team, ensuring feedback from real-world use directly informs future development. This is a hands-on role where you'll need both technical fluency and a consultative mindset. You'll thrive on problem-solving, tailoring solutions, and building trusted client relationships - all in the fast-paced environment of a scaling start-up., Client Implementation & Onboarding

• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring smooth adoption of our solutions.
• Design tailored implementation plans aligned with each client's objectives and workflows.
• Educate clients on how to get the most value from our products, from data feeds to dashboards.

Technical Integration & Enablement

• Support clients in integrating our APIs, sentiment indicators, and intelligence feeds into existing systems.
• Troubleshoot technical and data issues, collaborating with engineering when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of implementation progress, client configurations, and integration outcomes.

Client Engagement & Adoption

• Act as a trusted consultant during the implementation phase, ensuring clients achieve defined success metrics.
• Monitor adoption and proactively address obstacles to usage.
• Work closely with the commercial team to highlight opportunities for expansion post-implementation.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

• Gather structured client feedback during and after implementations, feeding insights back to the product team.
• Assist in pilot programmes and beta testing of new features.

Data Analytics, Fintech, Consultative Approach, Essential Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in an Implementation Consultant, Solutions Consultant, or Technical Account Manager role (ideally in SaaS, data analytics, or fintech).
• Strong technical understanding - able to configure APIs, explain data pipelines, and simplify complex AI-driven concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple client implementations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving skills with a structured, consultative approach.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with commodities, energy, or financial market data.
• Knowledge of sentiment analysis, machine learning, or macroeconomic datasets.
• Prior experience in a scaling start-up environment.
