Operations Analyst - Machine Learning

You'll be assuring the reliability of our product and translating customer requirements into viable solutions. This means you will:

• Onboard new clients to the Chattermill platform by analysing large, unstructured data sets and creating robust data taxonomies that form the foundation for our machine learning models
• Provide client support by troubleshooting issues that arise in model performance (such as data shifts) that may require alterations to data taxonomies or models
• Develop and share best practices for working with data and improving data quality across the organisation
• Optimise and implement solutions that help streamline internal processes and drive scalability

• A passion for working with data and uncovering patterns in unstructured information
• Experience collaborating with end users as well as both technical and commercial teams
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in participating in client-facing calls

• Have experience working with Python and SQL
• Have experience working with both qualitative and quantitative data, for example from a STEM degree
