Job description
This position is ideal for someone passionate about skincare, haircare, dermatology education, and social storytelling - with a strong understanding of current trends across TikTok alongside Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
As Social & Content Executive, you'll:

Develop and execute content concepts that align with each brand voice and campaign goals.

Produce engaging photo, video, and written content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, LinkedIn).

Collaborate with dermatologists, trichologists and internal experts to translate clinical information into relatable, consumer-friendly content.

Maintain a consistent posting schedule across channels to optimize reach and engagement.

Stay ahead of industry and platform trends to propose and test new creative ideas.
Community Engagement & Brand Voice:

Engage authentically with our audience by responding to comments, DMs, and community discussions.

Partner with influencers, derm professionals, and brand ambassadors to co-create content.

Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, dermatological claims accuracy, and regulatory standards.
Analytics & Optimization:

Track content performance and audience insights to inform creative direction.

Conduct monthly reviews of engagement metrics to refine strategy.
-
A/B test content formats, posting times, and hooks to drive higher engagement and conversions.
Requirements
-
At least 1 year in a content or copy-related role

Degree in English Language/Literature, Journalism, Marketing or Creative Writing preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A solid grasp of the English language/ grammar and ability to spot errors quickly

An understanding of how to optimise content for web and app to improve user experience

Experience of writing content for SEO

Knowledge of management platforms and reporting tools such as Content Square, Google Analytics and Keyword Planner

Self-starter with strong project management and attention to detail.
